JNT Lending acts as a consultant and intermediary. We do not directly lend money. All lending decisions are made by third-party lenders and funding providers.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into financial agreements to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. No Guarantee of Funding

Submission of a quote request, qualification quiz, or contact form does not guarantee approval for any financing product. All funding decisions are subject to lender review, underwriting criteria, and applicable regulations. JNT Lending makes no guarantees or warranties regarding approval, rates, terms, or availability of any financing product.

5. Accuracy of Information
